Anna Hibiscus – the elusive, perfect early chapter book series!

I have fallen completely, head over heels in love with this new series, from Kane/Miller Books and author Atinuke, about little Anna Hibiscus (who lives in Africa, amazing Africa).   While it’s set in modern day Africa, the themes are universal.  If there ever was a list of perfect early chapter books, this series should be near the top.   Lifelike characters, engaging story telling and that just right readability make Anna Hibiscus and Hooray for Anna Hibiscus! winners in my book.

But don’t just take my word for it.  Here’s the link to the School Library Journal Review of the Day.   You can order your copy today in paperback at www.UsborneLibraryService.com, or by clicking on the images below.  Both titles will be available in library binding later this fall.
